Bodily injury liability insurance and property damage liability insurance are compulsory.

Automobiles are an essential part of life in the United States. Because automobiles have become so commonplace, the risk of an automobile accident has naturally risen. Drivers are liable for damages caused when at fault, and they must have enough insurance to cover their own vehicle in the event of an accident or theft. In most states, Bodily Injury liability insurance and Property Damage liability insurance are required by law.

Can insurance be purchased with no driving history in the United States?

Most insurance companies consider a lack of driving history in the United States to be a lack of driving record, often refusing to sell insurance in these cases. For those who do sell insurance, they often charge high premiums. We negotiate with both American and Japanese insurance companies so that we can recommend a company that will take into account a client's driving history outside of the United States. While it is not necessary to have a driver's license for the relevant US state when applying for insurance, it will be necessary to obtain a driver's license within the time frame specified by the DMV of that state.

We help clients find insurance in almost every state.

As the regulations in place are unique to each state, the coverage and limit amounts for automobile insurance vary from state to state. We can introduce insurance packages to clients not only in California but in almost every US state, with only a few exceptions.

We provide brokerage.

As a broker, we work with multiple insurance companies. Our mission is to find and introduce products that best fit your needs. You will feel confident with your insurance, without having to worry about whether the insurance company will be there when you need them, whether they handle claims fairly, how much liability is enough, or whether the premiums are reasonable. We work with you to consider the risks and to suggest solutions, always striving to address your worries and concerns.

What kinds of coverage does automobile insurance in the United States have?

Bodily Injury Liability

Insurance to compensate for the bodily injury of the other party in cases of negligence

Property Damage Liability

Insurance to compensate for physical damages, such as damage to the other party’s vehicle, in cases of negligence

Medical Payments

This coverage compensates you for emergency transportation costs and medical expenses in the event that the driver and/or the passengers sustain injury, regardless of negligence. It also covers medical expenses if policyholders and/or family members who live with them sustain injuries from a traffic accident while walking on the street.

Uninsured /Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury

Even if liability for the accident lies with the other party, the other party may be uninsured or have insurance with insufficient coverage. This insurance covers your costs related to bodily injury in such cases.

Collision

This coverage compensates you for damages to your vehicle resulting from a collision with another object, minus a deductible.

Comprehensive

This coverage compensates you for damages to your vehicle from causes other than a collision (theft, fire, vandalism, etc.), minus a deductible.

Collision Deductible Waiver

By attaching this special clause to collision insurance, the deductible will be waived in cases where you cannot be compensated by the other party who is at fault but is uninsured.

Uninsured Motorist Property Damage

Clients who do not purchase collision insurance can purchase this insurance and be compensated up to $3,500 to cover damages to their vehicle in cases where they cannot be compensated by the other party who is uninsured.

Extended Transportation Expenses

This coverage compensates you for the costs of a loaner car or a car rental, up to a certain extent, when required due to an accident or theft or the like.

These are common insurance products in California, but some insurance companies offer the following options.
